Margoe

Experience & Partnerships Director | Co-Founder

Margoe leads the client-facing experience, overseeing design, facilitation, flow, and relationship-building across weddings, private events, and partnerships. She plays a key role in shaping how each experience feels on the ground, ensuring guests feel welcomed, guided, and thoughtfully engaged.

Outside of her work, Margoe loves to read and retreat into her own little world through her library, cook and bake at home, spend time DIY-ing and shaping her space with her fiancé, and unwind alongside her cats, Milo and Vader.

Erika

Operations & Brand Director | Co-Founder

Erika leads the operational strategy and brand direction, overseeing systems, logistics, planning, and execution to ensure each experience runs smoothly from start to finish. She also guides the brand’s creative direction, digital presence, and overall cohesion across platforms.

A mental health clinician by training, Erika brings a people-centered lens to her work. Erika can usually be found working on home projects, dreaming up her next trip, or spending time with her partner and their two dogs, Appa and Momo.
