  • Are your services mobile?

    • Yes. All of our experiences are fully mobile and can be hosted in your home, at your event venue, or in collaboration with one of our partner locations.

    Where are you located and how far do you travel?

    • We are based in Calgary and offer services throughout the surrounding area. Travel beyond our standard service area may be subject to additional fees.

    Do you work with weddings, corporate events, and private parties?

    • Yes. Our services are designed to be flexible and can be tailored for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private celebrations.

  • How do we book an experience?

    • To get started, send us an inquiry with your event date, location, number of guests, and the type of event. We’ll follow up with availability, package options, and next steps.

    How far in advance should we book?

    • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding and corporate seasons. Last-minute availability may be limited.

    Is a deposit required to secure our date?

    • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

    What information do you need from us to confirm a booking?

    • We’ll need your event date, location, guest count, type of experience, and any relevant event details to finalize your booking.

  • What types of workshops do you offer?

    • We currently offer candle workshops, reed diffuser workshops, and perfume-blending workshops. Each experience is guided, hands-on, and designed to feel calm and intentional. Check out our Workshops page to learn more.

    How many guests can participate in a workshop?

    • Guest minimums and maximums vary by workshop type and location. We’ll confirm capacity during the booking process.

    Do guests take something home?

    • Yes. Every guest leaves with a finished piece they’ve created themselves, whether it’s a candle, diffuser, or custom perfume.

    How long do workshops typically last?

    • Most workshops run between 60–90 minutes, depending on the group size and experience selected.

  • What is the Video Guest Book?

    • The Video Guest Book is a modern alternative to a traditional guest book, allowing guests to record short video messages throughout your event.

    How does the Video Guest Book work?

    • Guests select a prompt and record a video message with ease. After the event, all recordings are saved and edited into a curated digital video guest book.

    Do we receive the videos after the event?

    • Yes. You’ll receive an edited and saved collection of all video recordings as a keepsake.

    Can the prompts be customized?

    • Absolutely. Prompts can be tailored to your event, whether it’s a wedding, corporate gathering, or celebration.

  • What do you provide on the day of the event?

    • We provide all materials, equipment, setup, facilitation, and cleanup for our services.

    How much space is required?

    • Space requirements vary depending on the service. We’ll review logistics with you in advance to ensure a smooth setup.

    Do you require access to power or Wi-Fi?

    • Some services may require power. We’ll confirm all technical needs during planning.

  • Can experiences be customized or branded?

    • Yes. Many of our services can be customized to align with your event style, brand, or theme. Customizations will be discussed during booking.

    Do you work with venues and planners?

    • Yes. We regularly collaborate with planners and venues and are happy to coordinate directly with your event team.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your booking agreement. Deposits are non-refundable.

    What happens if something changes with our event?

    • We understand events evolve. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.
